Refund Policy

Magnil Technology aims for 100% satisfaction. This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are provided.

1. Refund Eligibility for Training Programs

Refunds are considered only under the following:

  • If the student cancels within 24 hours of enrollment.

  • If Magnil Technology cancels or reschedules the session unexpectedly.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to attend sessions

  • Technical issues on the user’s side

  • Late cancellations after 24 hours

  • Completion of course or partial attendance

2. Refund Eligibility for Design Services

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Completed work

  • Approved design drafts

  • Deliverables already shared

  • Delay caused by incomplete client inputs

Partial refunds may be considered only if the project has not yet started.

3. Digital Products (Templates, Design Files)

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • No refunds for downloaded or accessed files.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
