6. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, course materials, videos, templates, and project files belong to Magnil Technology.

7. Service Delivery Timeline

  • Timelines vary based on project scope.

  • Revisions are limited based on the agreed package.

  • Delays caused by user feedback or incomplete inputs are not part of the delivery timeline.

  • Third-party software errors or downtime

  • Business loss due to implementation of our design or strategies
